RIMCO tailor built Green Pacific Energy an 8 story (24m high), 2000m square building in Yatala, Queensland. The building was designed around the turbine and boiler that was installed prior to construction of the steel building. Utilisation of steel frames was further exploited to support walkways, stairs and piping allowed for the most economical option.
These buildings require a close relationship between a production plant and the building envelope and RIMCO is skilled for the challenge.
